Refund & Return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION:

YOU MAY REQUEST A CANCELLATION WITHIN 1 HOUR SINCE YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE. 

RETURN PROCESS:

If you want to return your product after delivered, please get in touch with us through our e-mail info@shypeco.com with the subject "Product Return + Order Number". The e-mail must be sent WITHIN 24 HOURS after the package arrival.

 

RETURN PROCESS:

As soon as you receive your product, you'll only have 24 HOURS to be eligible for a return. If 24 hours have gone by since the product arrival, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To return your product, you should contact us to our e-mail address: info@shypeco.com with the subject: REFUND + "ORDER NUMBER". To proceed with your return, we need the following information:
- First & Last Name.
- Reason why you want to return your package.
- Product Description.
- Purchase date.
- A picture of the product and the problem it has (If applies).
If you're approved to send your replacement, you'll receive a return label via e-mail. You must send the package in the same conditions as arrived.  Please attach your information inside the package to accelerate the refund process (Name and order number).
Please make sure to send the product back in a secured envelope to protect it.
REFUND PROCESS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, usually 3 to 4 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
